If you teach a section, run a lab, or hold any UVM graduate appointment, the union represents you. Showing up — even quietly — is how we win.

Public statements of solidarity from people with tenure and contracts protect grad workers from retaliation. Faculty have access we do not — both to other faculty and to the administration.

Undergraduates
Your TAs, instructors, and lab leaders are graduate workers. Pressure from undergraduates moves administrators in ways nothing else does.

Sign-on information is kept confidential within the organizing committee. Names are not shared with departments, programs, or the administration without explicit consent. If you have concerns about participation, contact the committee privately to discuss options.
